Key Responsibilities
  • Manage credit hold policy and review customer account status, payment, and collections.
  • Provide communications to Marketing Associates on customer accounts and handle escalated collection accounts.
  • Perform regular review of customer files to manage risk and remain compliant with audit controls.
  • Make recommendations on bad debt management.
  • Set up accounts and gather and analyze credit applicants' financial data to evaluate risk.
  • Assess creditworthiness of individuals and companies and review, analyze, and approve or deny customer credit applications.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in credit analysis, credit administration, or credit collections.
  • Experienced in managing credit hold policy and reviewing customer account status, payment, and collections.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
