About the Role:

Morton Buildings, Inc. is a leading post-frame construction company with over 120 years of experience. We have a strong presence across the United States, with multiple manufacturing, fabrication, and shipping plants serving over 100 construction centers nationwide.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within your assigned geographical territory. This involves cultivating new customers and developing relationships with existing ones. You will work in a team environment to deliver high-quality buildings to our customers, backed by superior warranties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets
  • Grow existing market share and be available during construction-related work hours
  • Coordinate with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and navigate permitting requirements
  • Have proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
