About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team at RYNO Strategic Solutions LLC. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively interact with clients to understand their business goals and communicate their needs to our internal teams of strategists, specialists, and analysts.
  • Complete marketing recap reports for clients and provide strategic recommendations for their marketing strategy.
  • Meet with clients to review marketing campaign performance and provide insights to inform their marketing strategy.
  • Communicate regularly with clients via phone and email to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist Senior Account Managers with day-to-day tasks for large accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and market shifts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and client retention.
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
  • Strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports.
  • Foundational knowledge of Pay-per-click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
