Position Overview

The Mobile Marketing Coordinator/Events Driver plays a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives through effective logistics and event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a semi-truck to transport equipment and personnel to various event locations.
  • Collaborate with SRAM Technical Service to maintain an adequate inventory of warranty parts for events.
  • Oversee the maintenance and compliance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • Manage the procurement and upkeep of event-related assets, including tents, displays, and supplies.
  • Serve as a technical liaison with riders, representing internal teams effectively.
  • Provide training for event staff on new product offerings.
  • Coordinate hospitality arrangements for events to ensure a positive experience for participants.
  • Assist in the overall planning and execution of regional and local events as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Possession of or ability to acquire a CDL Class A driver's license.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing large teams during events.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods during events.
  • Preferred knowledge of bicycle products.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Motor Carrier compliance and licensing documentation is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, diesel/gas engines, and hydraulic systems.
  • Willingness to drive for up to 5 consecutive days.
  • Flexible schedule required, including availability for weekend events.
  • Travel commitment of up to 50%, including domestic and international destinations.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary starting at $40,000, with potential for an additional 30% based on skills and experience. Employees are eligible for an annual corporate bonus contingent on both company and individual performance. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance options, 401k matching, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and paid time off.
