Job Overview

At American Leadership Academy Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Operations Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our administration, management, and teachers in coordinating school schedules and events.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or school operations, with strong organizational skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers. They will also have knowledge of K-12 school grade subjects and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the admission process for parents and students in coordination with ALA Administration
  • Communicating with parents, community members, and school partners regarding school activities and educational opportunities
  • Managing student enrollment, attendance, and disciplinary records
  • Traveling to ALA School sites in the area as necessary
  • Assisting with the hiring and training of school staff
  • Ensuring the school is compliant with Cognia, federal, and state guidelines and regulations
  • Coordinating with outside organizations and businesses to provide resources and support for students
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with local community leaders and organizations
  • Evaluating and implementing new educational programs or initiatives
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to students and staff members

Job Type: Part-time on contract basis

Schedule: Weekdays + Some Weekends

  • Mon-Fri - 8:00am-1:00pm
  • Sat-Sun - Some weekend time would be required for school events and activities
