Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor:


Under the guidance of the Laboratory Director, oversee the completion of laboratory records and test reports in accordance with established laboratory protocols, typically within a 24-hour timeframe.

Conduct routine equipment maintenance checks and coordinate necessary repair services.


Manage inventory levels of laboratory supplies, ensuring timely ordering, receipt, and verification of all materials (including disposables, reagents, controls, and calibrators).

Organize, schedule, and maintain the work roster for all laboratory technologists and clinic staff.

Provide training and supervision to laboratory personnel to guarantee the efficient operation of the clinic.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a clinical laboratory, with a focus on Hematology and Immunoassays.

Proven experience in training new medical technologists in laboratory testing and record-keeping.

Ability to maintain schedules based on the clinic's operational needs.

Experience in assisting with laboratory test execution and documentation.

**Educational Requirements:**
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related discipline.
