About the Role

The Product Development Database Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Development team at Levi Strauss & Co. This individual will be responsible for setting up and maintaining product data in our enterprise system, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the seasonal development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain product data, including style numbers, color codes, material codes, and other relevant information.
  • Support Merch, Design, PD, Materials R&D, Tech design, and Production/Sourcing teams with data entry and maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOMs), Technical Packages, and Design details.
  • Perform data checks and reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support Production Operations functions as needed and escalate conflicts to the Sr. Manager Product Development.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience in manual data entry or transcribing content from one system to another.
  • Experience working in an enterprise system environment with data maintenance and information management.
  • Good working relationship with other team members in a fast-paced environment and ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
  • Basic systems knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs (Excel, Word, PPT), knowledge of Miro, and QuickBase.
  • Detail-oriented and enjoys data management activities.
