About the Role

TigerGraph is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our distributed native graph database solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategic goals. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points. Analyze market data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Product Planning: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines. Manage the product development process from ideation to launch.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop competitive pricing strategies that align with product value and market dynamics.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Gather feedback on product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience as a senior product leader in a B2B enterprise software/SaaS/cloud infrastructure company, with a track record of bringing successful products to market.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
