We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deepen and broaden client relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building activities
- Identify opportunities to create efficiency and implement process improvements
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- Stay up-to-date on current and new office technology and utilize it to enhance client service
- Develop a strong understanding of financial services and markets to provide informed guidance to clients
