Job Title: Marketing & Communications Coordinator

At Launch That, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in boosting brand visibility, fostering engagement, and supporting business growth by developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Lead and execute organic social media strategies across platforms, engaging with our target audience, creating and curating content, and monitoring social media channels for engagement opportunities and insights.
  • Webinar Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars focused on education and featuring industry experts, survivors, and legal professionals.
  • Content & Graphics Creation: Develop compelling, conversion-focused content for digital platforms, graphics, and imagery, and collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual assets.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Set marketing objectives aligned with sales targets, track KPIs, and utilize analytics tools to generate insights and drive optimization.
  • Survey and Data Management: Design and execute surveys to collect statistical data, manage patient satisfaction and feedback surveys, and analyze and interpret survey data to provide actionable insights.
  • Brand Building, Collaboration & Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with survivors, doctors, and lawyers to assist with content creation, awareness campaigns, and patient advocacy.
  • Survivor Engagement: Explore innovative ways to integrate survivors into our marketing efforts, lead projects to humanize the brand through survivor testimonials, and engage with patients, families, and survivors to find ways to tell their stories.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience or a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Ability to take initiative, lead cross-functional projects, and manage tasks from start to completion.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CMS platforms and proficiency in G Suite, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Capable of producing reports that are clear, concise, and highlight key points.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
