Job Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Brand verticals. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage and track digital campaigns, ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws and industry best practices, and compile reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with Margaritaville's overall business objectives, ensuring a seamless and engaging online customer experience.
  • Ensure digital marketing activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, paid search, display advertising, and other relevant platforms to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Work with the social team to understand social media initiatives, including content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships, to strengthen Margaritaville's presence on social platforms.
  • Manage the development of an enhanced brand website presence, working with outside agencies and internal team to ideate, develop, and launch a new website that encompasses all partners and licensees within the Margaritaville brand.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create compelling and relevant digital content that resonates with Margaritaville's target audience, maintaining consistency with the brand's voice and identity.
  • Responsible for the effective allocation and management of digital brand marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering measurable results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (hospitality marketing, revenue strategy, sales, operations, F&B, etc.), to align brand digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience with at least 1 year in a management level role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of the operations of the hospitality industry.
  • Expert level understanding and application of web analytics and reporting metrics.
  • Expert level experience in SEO, SEM and Metasearch.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
