Turner & Townsend Graduate Development Program Overview
Are you an ambitious and forward-thinking professional looking to develop your skills in project management, cost management, and controls & performance? Our Graduate Development Program is designed to provide recent graduates with opportunities to further develop their careers and offer exposure to the services in which we specialize.
Program Structure
The program is intended to take approximately 2 years in duration, with experience based upon achievement of various competencies in each core service. A number of core modules for both group and individual training, following the 70/20/10 model for learning, will be provided.
Key Competencies
* Gain a practical understanding of common resources, methods, and materials, and their correct application in project management
* Apply theoretical knowledge to the practical solution of issues and mitigating risks encountered in managing projects
* Gain exposure and experience from various disciplines and sectors of our business
* Demonstrate leadership skills on teams, projects, and among peers
