Project Administrator

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will provide administrative support to multiple project teams, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project-related documents, including drawings and specifications, and maintain accurate document logs.
  • Assist project teams with submittal and material delivery log upload and updates, as well as dunning letters.
  • Process subcontractor change orders and track insurance requirements.
  • Finalize owner contracts and change orders through AIA software.
  • Coordinate Raving Fans surveys and distribute to clients and executives.
  • Support with receiving and organizing closeout documentation and submitting to clients.
  • Review and submit expense reports for project management and project services group personnel.
  • Track certified payroll and provide administrative support to project team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Timberline PM software and Procore or similar programs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative problem solver with a positive attitude.
