Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, material procurement, and labor management.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans to ensure timely completion and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project schedules, budgets, and quality control reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential construction as a site superintendent or similar role.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Procore.
  • Familiarity with interpreting site plans and maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, and experience in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of personnel.
What We Offer:
  • Annual salary of $70,000-$90,000, plus a bonus.
  • 100% paid employee health coverage.
  • 401K with a company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
  • UNLIMITED VACATION.
