Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Residences at Vantage Point, a senior living community in Columbia, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents with varying levels of need, including skilled, assisted living, and memory care.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland.
  • Previous experience working with older adults in a long-term care environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
