Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper sterilization and handling of medical equipment
  • Process patient specimens and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients' families and provide guidance and support
  • Administer medications and perform basic medical care tasks
  • Adhere to universal precautions and maintain proper hand hygiene
Requirements
  • 2+ years of nursing experience
  • Current LPN license in the state
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to assess and plan individualized care
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of nursing and medical terminology
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
  • Understanding of confidentiality and nursing best practices
  • Physical stamina to perform job duties
  • Skilled Facility Experience Preferred
