Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a long-term care setting. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and regulations in long-term care.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license in the state of Maryland.

Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
