Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a subacute rehabilitation setting. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift basis
  • Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
