About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success-Support Coordinator to join our team at SureCam. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will play a critical role in supporting, guiding, and developing our customers to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Success and the Client Success team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in real-time.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, support, and development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist in creating internal and external guidance to support the growth and scaling of our client base.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in industries such as retail, hardware/software troubleshooting, restaurant/hospitality, or call center.
  • Technical competence, with a strong understanding of computers and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Confidence in communicating with customers in real-time through various channels.
  • A genuine interest in helping others and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce and/or Zendesk, as well as systems like Office 365 and Slack.
