Responsibilities
  • Drive company vehicle to pick-up and/or drop off equipment to customers' place of business
  • Document customer orders and order instructions
  • Load and unload delivery vehicle
  • Issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pick-up or delivery
  • Clean company vehicle as necessary
  • Monitor routine maintenance for company vehicle and coordinate with manager if necessary repairs are needed
  • Resolve and document customer complaints or issues
  • Routinely interact with customers as deliveries and/or pick-ups are made
  • Assist with shipping & receiving as needed
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
  • Must be detail-oriented
