- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in calibration and precision measurement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and management to ensure seamless calibration services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic knowledge of mechanical and dimensional equipment preferred; experience in basic instrumentation and manual tools a plus.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; basic mathematics understanding; proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
