Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of finished products, in-process materials, waste, and raw materials using established protocols to ensure precision in results.
- Oversee the maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies, including the preparation of solutions and reagents, as well as the formulation and analysis of standard solutions.
- Perform specialized analyses on unique materials as required.
- Propose enhancements in sampling, analytical methods, and material handling processes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for laboratory operations.
- Assist with all in-process production testing, including operator training and laboratory support.
- Adhere to safety protocols in alignment with the Lab's Chemical Hygiene Plan.
- Ensure compliance with the site's ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systems.
- Maintain and update Laboratory Safety Data Sheets (SDS) documentation.
- Demonstrate proficient computer skills for data management and analysis.
