  • Coordinate ongoing compliance evaluations in collaboration with operational assessment teams.
  • Support regulatory compliance functions as needed.
  • Lead investigations into potential compliance breaches, documenting findings and advising senior management.
  • Direct the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy throughout the organization.
  • Formulate and implement compliance policies to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Work with specialists to maintain effective compliance processes and training programs.
  • Manage the corporate ethics and compliance reporting system.
  • Promote corporate integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Conduct inquiries into suspected compliance violations and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Recommend and monitor corrective actions to ensure compliance issues are resolved.
  • Facilitate various reporting channels for compliance concerns.
  • Coordinate the ethics and compliance committee for resolution of violations.
  • Implement organizational policies and service standards.
  • Develop and interpret compliance-related policies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and compliance data.
  • Report findings to management and the Board of Directors.
  • Create educational materials for staff regarding compliance and ethics.
  • Guide employees on compliance reporting processes.
  • Build collaborative relationships with business units to enhance compliance effectiveness.
  • Maintain expertise in key compliance policies and requirements.
  • Analyze trends and propose compliance program enhancements.
  • Present program status updates to the Board of Directors.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements relevant to compliance.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Leadership Responsibilities:

Engage in a full spectrum of supervisory tasks, including training, evaluation, and counseling of team members, ensuring clarity in organizational policies and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory, or audit functions.
  • Two years of leadership experience.
  • Relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Work Environment:

The role may require physical activity, including standing, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The position may also involve travel and extended hours as necessary.
