Chief Member Value Officer

The Tennessee Society of Association Executives is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Member Value Officer to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional value to our members. This senior executive role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize member value, recruitment, engagement, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise and individual member value strategies that align with the Association's mission and long-term goals.
  • Analyze industry trends and member data to identify opportunities for enhancing member value.
  • Drive initiatives to deepen member engagement and loyalty, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to integrate member value initiatives into the broader organizational strategy for sustainability and growth.
  • Lead the development and delivery of innovative programs and services that provide significant value to Association members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in membership management, marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful member value strategies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
