Job Title: Health Information Management Specialist II

Eastern Nephrology Associates, PLLC is seeking a highly skilled Health Information Management Specialist II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Process release of information requests
  • Review, edit, and index paper documents
  • Review, edit, and index incoming electronic faxes
  • Work queues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of experience in a medical record department or other medical office setting
  • Valid driver's license for reliable transportation
