Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Foreign Military Sales Specialist to join our team at All Native Group. The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in Foreign Military Sales and a strong background in leadership, management, and team building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in writing and developing contract Statement of Work (SOW) documents and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) designed to govern FMS weapon systems procurement.
  • Provide system and platform information to support a specific FMS program or program justification.
  • Work with industry to support a specific FMS program or to help write and program justifications.
  • Understand the capability required to assist with base planning, site activation, training, and manpower estimates.
  • Assist the government team lead to apply knowledge and experience in the pre-acquisition definition and capabilities integration of requirements, acquisition program management philosophy, policies and procedures to the procurement of Systems, System of Systems and Family of Systems, subsystems and life cycle acquisition management.
  • Independently perform complicated and technical tasks relevant to the PWS.
  • Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program.
  • Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from project's inception to conclusion relevant to the PWS.
  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff as well as detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
  • Assist with studies and surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in Foreign Military Sales.
  • Must have the experience and capability to support assigned tasks and guide support personnel.
  • Strong leadership, management and team building skills.
  • Masters degree or MBA preferred or seven (7) years of experience in Foreign Military Sales.
  • PHD preferred.
  • MUST POSSESS an ACTIVE SECRET (or better) security clearance.
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
