Medical Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team. As a MICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, and update patient care plans
- Monitor and record patients' conditions, administering prescribed medications and treatments as needed
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs, educating patients and their families
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- One year of current acute care RN experience, with consideration given to licensed military RN experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
