Surgical Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU)/Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the SICU/CVICU, including monitoring their health, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining up-to-date patient records.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in critical care nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- One-year of current acute care RN experience. Will consider licensed military RN experience.
- Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN).
