Job Description: Component Assembler Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Component Assembler Specialist to join our team at Sourcecode Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components into a finished or partially finished product.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. IDentify parts required for a work order and gather them from an identified stocking location
  2. Install PCB assemblies into metal chassis, install cables, and install hardware according to instructions and quality requirements
  3. Assemble electro-mechanical parts and route wires, add RTV or other adhesives as instructed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
