About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating high-quality printing inks and coatings while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, perform changeovers, and make adjustments to meet product specifications.
  • Utilize gauges and measurement tools to verify product quality and identify any deviations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Be willing to cross-train on different workstations and learn new processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production environment (Required)
  • 1+ year of experience operating machinery (Required)
  • Previous manufacturing and forklift experience is a plus.
