Job Title: Molding Operator

Job Summary: PrideStaff- Asheville is seeking a skilled Molding Operator to join our team. As a Molding Operator, you will be responsible for working with Injection Molding Machines, loading and unloading product and material, and assisting with assembling a variety of plastic parts in a clean room environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate Injection Molding Machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
  • Load and unload product and material from machines.
  • Assist with assembling plastic parts in a clean room environment.
  • Keep detailed records for product traceability.
  • Prepare daily email reports at the end of each day.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have an updated resume.
  • Must have recent work experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient with computers and computer software.
  • Good eyesight for small parts.
  • Good hand dexterity for small product assembly.
  • Able to read and follow detailed instructions.
