Responsibilities of BDC Customer Care Specialists:

  • Actively promote and identify opportunities to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with the BDC Manager to arrange service appointments
  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily
  • Achieve a daily appointment target of at least 18
  • Stay updated on service information, recalls, and requirements
  • Maintain a professional business casual appearance

Requirements for BDC Customer Care Specialists:

  • Availability for a 5-day work week, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Mathematical skills for calculating discounts and pricing
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in various formats
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service skills and a drive for success
  • Capability to multitask effectively
  • Persuasive communication skills for setting appointments
  • Proficient computer skills are essential
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Automotive knowledge is beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
