Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef and Culinary Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, managing kitchen personnel, and ensuring that our restaurants meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations: Develop and implement menus, manage food costs, and ensure that all culinary activities are carried out in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Team Management: Train, motivate, and discipline kitchen personnel to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, negotiate with vendors, and analyze market prices to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Menu Development: Conduct research and analysis to develop new and innovative menu items, and lead the efforts to propose and implement new menu items and products.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute private chef dinners, catering events, and other culinary events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Sr. Food and Beverage Manager to develop sales strategies and evaluate vendors and suppliers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all restaurants meet the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or resort setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
