We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Worker to join our team.

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Night shift, Monday - Saturday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Compensation: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Facility Maintenance Worker is to ensure that all areas are kept clean and orderly. This includes performing extensive cleaning tasks such as:

  • Collecting and disposing of waste according to established procedures.
  • Dusting and damp mopping floors in compliance with cleaning protocols.
  • Rearranging furniture and equipment for effective cleaning and returning items to their original positions.
  • Utilizing designated materials and equipment to sanitize all surfaces, adhering to a systematic cleaning approach.
  • Washing walls, windows, and furniture to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Proactively identifying areas that require cleaning and taking initiative to address them.
  • Completing tasks as assigned by the supervisor and following all regulatory guidelines.
  • Performing floor maintenance, including stripping, scrubbing, and refinishing.
  • Contributing positively to the team and demonstrating professionalism with colleagues and clients.
  • Carrying out additional duties as required.
