Job Summary

Buckner International is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Westminster Place in Longview, TX. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor food inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
  • Ensure a clean and safe food preparation environment.
  • Collaborate with the dining services team to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of meal production and inventory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in food preparation or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
