- Assess patient insurance options and financial qualifications.
- Encourage patients to initiate treatment promptly.
- Serve as an advocate for clients, both within the organization and in external communications.
- Safeguard patient health information in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor potential patient interactions and follow up to encourage admissions.
- Document all patient-related activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with chemical dependency is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or sales is essential.
- Proficient computer data entry skills are required.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.
- Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
