Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to our customers. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and smart home systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Travel to customer locations to perform installations and repairs
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
