The Client Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the initial contact and support for families seeking ABA therapy. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving circumstances.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement and Support
- Establish initial connections with families and foster strong relationships.
- Guide families through the diagnostic process with empathy and clarity.
- Manage extensive communication with both new and existing families awaiting assessments.
- Ensure all logistical communications are handled efficiently from the first contact to the completion of assessments.
- Assess client needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in relevant systems throughout the intake process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to promote a seamless workflow.
- Schedule initial assessment appointments in coordination with clinical teams.
- Project Participation
- Engage in significant projects and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives.
- Compliance
Adhere to Centria's Code of Conduct, policies, and relevant laws.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Healthcare.
Experience:
Two to three years of experience in inside sales or phone-based roles, with a proven track record in effective communication and client engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with PC operations.
- Strong ability to follow instructions and utilize software programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and explain complex information in an accessible manner.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Centria operates Monday through Friday, with potential for additional hours as needed to meet objectives.
Physical RequirementsThis role may involve physical activities such as lifting up to 30 pounds and requires prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional walking and standing.
