Job Summary

NewcrestImage is seeking a skilled Hospitality Server to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Amarillo property. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Report to work on time, in proper uniform, and maintain a clean and organized appearance.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting.
  • Take orders and communicate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
  • Prepare and serve food, coffee, and other beverages, including alcohol, according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Provide assistance in all areas, including bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
  • Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to remain upright continuously for 8-10 hours and move up to 20 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
