Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Talent & Culture Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Talent & Culture and your primary responsibilities will include:
- Upholding a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality within the department.
- Supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing office supplies and documentation effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with all necessary Federal and State regulations.
- Maintaining organized filing systems and conducting regular audits.
- Assisting with compliance audits related to employee documentation.
- Providing support to colleagues and leaders regarding Talent and Culture inquiries.
- Coordinating and assisting with employee events and functions.
- Maintaining the Human Resources System and ensuring timely updates.
- Promoting departmental information through various communication methods.
- Facilitating the reporting of workers' compensation claims.
- Supporting safety training initiatives and benefit seminars.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including scheduling and onboarding.
- Managing confidential employee information for payroll purposes.
- Encouraging a positive workplace culture through open communication and mutual respect.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent & Culture or Human Resources.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- A degree in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Reliability and responsibility in all tasks.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Fluency in English is required, and bilingual capabilities are a plus.
