Job Title: Head of Production Sales, North America

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in the agency's Print/POS management, Premiums, and Creative Production divisions
  • Generate, nurture, and close down leads through the entire sales funnel
  • Own the delivery of an exceptional sales experience across all touch-points
  • Gain respect and trust both internally and externally through strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Develop strategic growth plans to drive relevant new business leads
  • Activate the Indicia Worldwide production proposition in a new business, prospect environment
  • Navigate the production proposition bank to tailor to prospect needs and strategy
  • Build the reputation of the global (and regional) growth team

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a similar, new business-focused role gained in a marketing agency
  • Adept and confident engaging with North American and sometimes global senior procurement and marketing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in driving growth in agency's Print/POS management, Premiums, Creative Production, and production-related proprietary technology
  • Sound subject matter expertise and capability of being the voice in the region for the Production side of our business
  • Extensive experience across all marketing procurement categories, including production agency and multi-channel execution
  • Ability to successfully engage and nurture prospects
  • A track record of building high-performing sales teams
