About the Role:

As a Senior Sales/Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role requires a unique blend of sales, recruitment, and business development skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Source, screen, and present top talent to clients, utilizing your expertise to identify the best fit for each role.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, driving business results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong industry knowledge and network, with the ability to leverage these assets to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
