Job Title: Senior Training Specialist

Apptad Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O environments
  • Provide application and product training to technical and non-technical users
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
  • Develop digital training content from various sources, including business processes, system test cases, and workflows
  • Interpret data and technical documentation to design and develop training materials
  • Lead synchronous, interactive, and engaging virtual training sessions
  • Conduct training needs assessments, analysis, and planning
  • Design and implement effective strategies for integrating self-paced and instructor-led training within a simulated environment
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in designing and developing training programs
  • Experience with designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics-based training courses
  • Proficiency in using authoring tools to design and deliver engaging and interactive training courses
  • Ability to interpret data and technical documentation to design and develop training materials
  • Experience in leading synchronous, interactive, and engaging virtual training sessions
  • Ability to conduct training needs assessments, analysis, and planning
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective strategies for integrating self-paced and instructor-led training within a simulated environment
Knowledge Transfer:

As a Senior Training Specialist, you will be responsible for transferring knowledge to managers, project managers, and team members. This will be achieved through 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and documentation on a SharePoint site throughout the duration of the project life cycle.

Must-haves:

  • 5 years of experience in designing and developing training programs
  • Experience with designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics-based training courses
