Office Coordinator Assistant

This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondences to appropriate staff members and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Enter purchase orders
- Handle requests/queries from our sales division and managers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative-based role
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities
