Job Title: Office Coordinator Assistant

This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondences to appropriate staff members and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Enter purchase orders
  • Handle requests/queries from our sales division and managers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative-based role
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities
