About the Role:

The Record Management Coordinator plays a vital part in maintaining student and family data for MSCCN, as well as overseeing report card management. This involves taking daily attendance, notifying families of absences, and collaborating with the Office Manager to process orders and manage inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and family records within our database
  • Manage school report cards, including printing quarterly distributions
  • Take daily attendance and inform families of student absences
  • Screen phone calls and respond to inquiries from parents or other callers
  • Handle telephone communications, recording messages as necessary
  • Coordinate schedules for appointments and arrange conferences and interviews
  • Welcome visitors and ensure their comfort, adhering to established policies for screening unexpected callers
  • Organize pertinent data as needed, typing and filing correspondence, notices, and reports
  • Respond to general public inquiries and perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Excellent general office skills
  • Documented secretarial experience (1 year preferred)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Familiarity with computers and databases
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
