Field Service Engineer or Mobile Service Technician

Position Overview: Become an integral part of our organization as a Field Service Engineer or Mobile Service Technician at MIRATECH. In this pivotal role, you will deliver on-site technical assistance, training, and maintenance services to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the commissioning of complete system installations
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on current products
  • Offer remote support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
  • Organize site operations and participate in project discussions
  • Facilitate customer training sessions on system operation and upkeep
  • Create reports detailing work progress and equipment functionality
  • Engage with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay updated on the latest company offerings and innovations
  • Effectively manage work schedules
  • Calibrate and maintain testing instruments
Qualifications:
  • Preferred candidates located in Tulsa, OK, or on the East or West Coast
  • Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and control systems
  • Experience with both AC and DC electrical circuits
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on engines and emissions
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
