Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commissioning of complete system installations
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on current products
- Offer remote support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Organize site operations and participate in project discussions
- Facilitate customer training sessions on system operation and upkeep
- Create reports detailing work progress and equipment functionality
- Engage with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest company offerings and innovations
- Effectively manage work schedules
- Calibrate and maintain testing instruments
- Preferred candidates located in Tulsa, OK, or on the East or West Coast
- Familiarity with industrial instrumentation and control systems
- Experience with both AC and DC electrical circuits
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on engines and emissions
- Ability to make autonomous decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
- Foreign language proficiency and a valid passport are beneficial
