">The Role

We are seeking a Manager, Development and Stewardship to help us raise $100M over three years. As a member of the development team, you will be responsible for writing grant proposals and reports, researching potential donors, and managing effective stewardship operations and processes.

  • Tell the Braven story through compelling grant proposals, grant reports, and external collateral.
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors and other teams to ensure grant applications and reports are submitted on-time and error-free.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-service orientation. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of work experience.

  • A competitive salary of $62,400-$77,900 per year, depending on location and experience.
  • Unlimited vacation time, match of 401K contribution up to 5% of base salary, coverage of 85% of health insurance premium, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
