The Wittern Group is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our equipment installations. Your primary focus will be on working with team members, service providers, and customers to set up new installations, follow up on services rendered, and close out completed service tickets. You will also be responsible for providing training on new equipment, assisting customers with ongoing support, and completing required actions for resolution. Additionally, you may be required to provide field support and assistance occasionally. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
