About the Role:

New Communities Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at our assisted living/senior living home in South Berwick, ME. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to our seniors, enabling them to live life fully and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Encourage residents to participate in recreational activities and events
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 18 years of age or over
  • Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
