The company has participated in several significant landmark projects throughout the Southwestern United States, as well as local initiatives that have become a source of community pride. They focus on both new construction and renovations across various market sectors, with project values typically ranging from $5 million to $50 million. This position is intended for long-term employment, as the company has a substantial backlog of upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation for bid day activities
- Facilitating preconstruction communications
- Managing bid documents, including plans and specifications
- Organizing job folders efficiently
- Developing conceptual budgets and project costs through quantity surveys in collaboration with senior staff
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estimator within a licensed Commercial General Contractor environment
- A four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, Engineering, or up to four years of relevant field experience is preferred
